Eating Healthy should be a joy, and it SHOULD taste good too. Anyone can take a recipe and change
it to make it more healthy. Start a little bit at a time, adding more healthy things to your diet. Even desserts can be modified into healthier choices and still taste good!

Wisdom Wednesday!!
I wanted to talk about different types of Lettuce today, or in other words, leafy greens. I found this article that I thought did a really good job. I really liked how she broke down some of the leafy greens individually. Go check it out!
